In 2026, expect to pay £150–£450 for smaller jobs. Larger projects range from £600–£999 per day. We always provide a fixed written quote after a free site visit.
Late autumn through winter (November to February). Trees are dormant with less canopy weight and green waste, reducing time and disposal costs.
Small Trees (up to 15ft): £250–£400. Medium Trees (15ft–30ft): £450–£800. Large/Mature Trees (30ft+): £1,000–£2,000+.

Tree Work & Timing

For most native UK species, prune during the dormant season (late autumn to early spring). Cherry and Plum trees should be pruned in mid-summer to prevent Silver Leaf Disease.
